About Me ~ Megan Paterson

Navigating life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, but with the right support, it becomes a path of discovery and growth. My own experiences as a divorced, co-parenting mom have imparted invaluable insights that I bring into my practice, allowing me to empathize deeply with the complexities my clients face. Although I maintain professional boundaries, my clients sense the depth of my understanding and the genuine connection I offer. I believe in creating a warm, inviting space at my Rocklin office, where we can meet and collaborate on your unique needs. My approach is both collaborative and direct, ensuring that we focus on your specific goals. I’m committed to staying at the forefront of therapeutic practices, constantly nurturing my skills by supervising emerging therapists. Together, we’ll explore new paths, fostering resilience and understanding as you move forward on your personal journey.
