Therapy Session Fees
Therapy fees reflect the therapist’s professional time and clinical care provided in connection with your scheduled appointment. This includes time spent preparing for, conducting, and following up on your session.
Because therapy is a collaborative and individualized process, outcomes can vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. Our fees are therefore based on the professional time and clinical care provided, rather than a specific therapeutic outcome. For this reason, fees for completed therapy sessions are non-refundable.
Areas of Specialty & Support

Perinatal & Postpartum
Pregnancy, birth, postpartum anxiety and depression, matrescence, and the identity earthquake nobody warns you about. As a mother of two, I know this terrain from the inside.

Neurodivergent Adults
ADHD, sensory sensitivity, late diagnosis, masking and burnout. Neurodivergent-affirming care — no pathologizing, no scripts.

Somatic Trauma Work
EMDR and body-based approaches for trauma, chronic stress, and the patterns that outlived their usefulness. Gentle, structured, and grounded in current neuroscience.

Couples & Young Families
New-parent couples, mixed-neurotype and cross-cultural relationships, and families with young kids — for when the people you love most are the ones you can't stop misfiring with.
