My name is Bethany and I would love to walk with you during this difficult period of life. Maybe you are dealing with stressors at school or in your personal life? Perhaps you have experienced loss or changes are happening within your family system that feel out of control. I have a passion for working with teens, young adults, and women, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported. I offer a judgement-free zone where you can be open and honest and know that you will be met with compassion and empathy. I utilize aspects of dialectical behavioral therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy. We will work together to determine the goals that are important to you, and we will work towards those goals together. In addition, I have experience working with anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, self-harm, struggles with friendships, relationships or finding healthy attachments. I would love to partner with you”
